On 5 April 2001, Dipl.-Chem. Ing. Burkhard Brandt and Concrete Engineer Wolfgang Bonder kick-started the MIG journey from a small office in Paderborn, Germany. They would go on to build a company based on one core purpose: developing innovative building additives to improve health and environmental sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t

Two decades on from its founding, MIG has dedicated itself to fulfilling that purpose, revolutionising chromate reduction technologies for cement and cement-based materials using tin (II) sulphate and later antimony (III) oxide in a dust-free, granular form. While establishing itself as a market leader in Chromium (VI) reduction, MIG has also rapidly grown to become an international supplier of premium coating solutions aimed at providing more human comfort while minimising environmental impact.<\/p>\n

Relying on customer-focused and sustainability-oriented innovation to integrate new materials, MIG is expanding its product offerings to address challenges facing buildings, such as energy use, indoor air pollution, fire protection and fa\u00e7ade longevity with the goal of delivering sustainable, high-performance buildings that are fit for the future. Today, MIG enjoys an increasing global presence with strong partnerships in over 10 countries spanning 5 continents.<\/p>\n

On this 20th birthday, we want to thank our entire team for your hard work and commitment. Your energy, enthusiasm and creativity are what drive us forward and we look forward to the next level of achievement with all of you.<\/p>\n
