Resilient Growth: Despite a global construction market on a slow rebound, our sales position for chromate reduction remains robust. On the other hand, our coating product line has surged ahead, unlocking new markets through innovative strides.
Upcoming Rollout of a New Chrom (VI) Reduction Product: Our next-gen chromium (VI) reducing agent using hybrid materials promises efficiency and sustainability, set for rollout in the upcoming year.
Production Evolution: Our expanded production facility, unveiled in September in 2022, now offers toll manufacturing, powered by our top-notch automated line for contract manufacturing, mixing and filling of dry materials for non-food products. This enhances efficiency for our valued clients.
Certifications: The MIG coating products earned various certifications, such as the prestigious EMI, opening doors to a broader European market.
R&D Breakthroughs: Our laboratory was a hotspot for innovations, not only advancing our Chrom (VI) reduction technology but also facilitating continual enhancements in our coating products. For instance, our low-e roof coating, MIG-ESP® Rooflect, significantly lowers indoor and outdoor temperatures of buildings through its highly reflective surface. This presents a myriad of advantages for buildings and the photovoltaic panels installed on them. The lowered ambient temperatures, coupled with the interaction with MIG-ESP® Rooflect, intensify the reflection of IR radiation emitted by the photovoltaic panels, thereby augmenting the performance of the photovoltaic systems.
Customer studies and experiments demonstrate that photovoltaic systems on roofs coated with MIG-ESP® Rooflect exhibit a 5–12% increase in electricity generation compared to uncoated surfaces. This further amplifies the synergistic effect of building cooling.
Imminent Debut of Groundbreaking Innovations: Some of our most pioneering innovations, including the optimisation of energy output from solar panels mentioned above, are set to feature in major projects. All the groundwork laid in 2023, alongside ongoing discussions with various interested parties, is gearing up for their imminent market launch in the new year.
